"Scanning probe microscopy for nanotechnology"

Now, Scanning Probe Microscopy is the base technique for nanoscale study of the different materials and objects. Applications of SPM for studies of Nature on nanoscale lengths are reported. The lecture contains many interesting images on the relevant topics.
